WDB House will form part of Oxford Parks – a people-centred urban environment. WDB House will provide P-Grade offices on the first and ground floor as well as ample parking for its occupants. From its two levels of basement parking to the angular exterior with expansive glass facades, WDB House will embody an innovative and integrated design for the modern workforce.
WDB House is built within a privately managed city improvement district and forms part of the iconic premier node in Johannesburg. The design will meet a minimum 4-Star Green Rating in terms of the GBCSA standards, featuring back-up water and power supply, electricity-saving and HVAC installations, as well as advanced safety features – all within a walkable, healthier pedestrian-friendly environment.
